On the request of many people we have started up a ‘Pay It Forward’ scheme for the Still Parents: Life After Baby Loss book. This means that you can buy this book and it will be donated to newly bereaved parents.
Each book that is ‘paid forward’ will be collected and donated directly to the Saint Mary’s bereavement suite which is situated across the road from the Whitworth and will be gifted to parents during this devastating time.
Your kindness and generosity will allow newly bereaved parents to see and hear stories of other parents’ losses and will bring comfort knowing they are not alone and that someone is thinking of them at this devastating time.

If you would like to Pay a Book Forward then when you go to buy the book online, select ‘Collect from store’ and then in the box please state:
Your name or the person you would like to donate the book in memory of.

Lucy Turner will then personally collect the books and take them over to Victoria Holmes the Bereavement Maternity Matron at Saint Mary’s who will distribute them to those who need them. The Whitworth will be starting this scheme off by donating 10 books.
In addition, all of the money from the sales of the book will feed directly back into supporting the ongoing Still Parents workshop programme, so by buying this book you are helping to support these special workshops to continue, helping more bereaved parents access the help they need.
