On Tuesday 10th May the Still Parents team attended the University of Manchester’s Making a Difference Awards ceremony. They were announced as the winners in the category of Outstanding Public and Community Engagement: Outstanding Contribution by our Cultural Institutions. l Parents team includes Lucy Turner – Project Producer, Imogen Holmes-Roe Project Curator, Trisha Tierney – Chair of the Friends of the Whitworth (funders), Paul Kleiman – Co-Chair Manchester Sands, Jo Richler – Co-Chair Manchester Sands. A special thanks goes to all the Still Parents participants who bravely shared their stories in the exhibition to help to break the silence that continues to surround baby loss.
